Meet the founders.
Mosaico Law Group was founded by attorneys Hannah Blackwell and Gretha Rodriguez-Franco, who met while attending DePaul University College of Law. Although their legal careers initially developed in different practice areas, they shared a commitment to public service, individual dignity, and clear, purposeful advocacy.

Hannah's commitment to immigration law began after she witnessed the effects of immigration enforcement on workers, children, and families in her community. The experience revealed how quickly a legal crisis could destabilize an entire household and shaped her determination to advocate for immigrants navigating an intimidating and often unforgiving system.
Through Blackwell Law, Hannah developed a practice focused on immigration and asylum matters. Her work has centered on helping individuals and families understand their options, present their stories fully, and pursue protection, lawful status, family unity, and security in the United States.
Hannah brings careful preparation, determined advocacy, and a public-interest perspective to every matter. She understands that an immigration case is never only about an application or court proceeding. It may affect a client's freedom, safety, livelihood, and ability to remain with the people they love.

Gretha's path to the law was shaped by her background in psychology, her commitment to service, and her belief that legal knowledge can help people regain control during periods of profound uncertainty.
Before founding Mosaico Law Group, Gretha established Rodriguez Franco Law, where she represented clients in family-law matters throughout Indiana. Her work focused on helping individuals navigate divorce, parenting disputes, child support, parentage, property division, and other significant family transitions.
Gretha approaches family law with an understanding that every case involves more than legal pleadings and court orders. Behind each matter is a person confronting change, a parent trying to protect a child, or a family attempting to create a more stable future. Her practice combines thoughtful legal analysis, direct communication, and an appreciation for the emotional and practical realities clients face.
