We review your inquiry
Our intake team gathers basic information about your matter, your immediate concerns, and the type of assistance you are seeking, and determines whether Mosaico Law Group may be able to assist you. This call is an initial screening and does not include legal advice.

An attorney consultation, where appropriate
If your matter appears to be a good fit, you may schedule a one-hour consultation with one of our attorneys to review the facts, identify your goals, and discuss options and next steps. Please be prepared to provide important dates, court and case information, copies of relevant documents, and the names of the other individuals or parties involved.

A written engagement, if you retain us
If you decide to retain the firm and the firm agrees to accept your matter, we will provide a written engagement agreement explaining the scope of representation, legal fees, responsibilities, and other important terms. You will have an opportunity to review it and ask questions before signing.
